Standard community guidelines apply to all profiles and interactions on Global Mukkulathor Matrimony. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Global Mukkulathor Matrimony ("we", "us", or "our").
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (women) or 21 years old (men) to register, legally competent to marry under Indian law, including the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and not prohibited from entering a valid marriage. Divorced or widowed individuals may register by accurately stating their status. Registrants acting on behalf of others must ensure truthful representation.
Registration and Profile Accuracy
- All information provided, including photos, must be truthful, accurate, and current; you agree to update it promptly.
- We reserve the right to verify profiles, request government ID, and remove or suspend any for violations, misleading content, or at our discretion.
- Profiles are visible community-wide; you consent to sharing for matchmaking.
Membership and Payments
Paid memberships grant access to premium features for specified periods. Payments are final; no refunds except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may terminate memberships for breaches without refund.
User Conduct
- Prohibited: Harassment, spam, illegal activities, commercial use, false info, or content infringing rights.
- We promote respectful interactions within Mukkulathor community standards; report violations promptly.
- You verify matches independently; we provide no marriage guarantees.
Disclaimers and Liability
Services provided "as is"; no warranties for matches or results. We disclaim liability for user actions, misrepresentations, or damages from site use. Liability limited to membership fees paid.
Termination and Changes
We may modify terms with notice; continued use implies acceptance. Violations lead to account termination without refund. Governing law: Courts in Chennai, India.
Refund Policy

Digital services are non-refundable once activated on your account at Global Mukkulathor Matrimony. All membership fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, as services commence immediately upon payment.
Exceptions (Rare Cases)
- Duplicate payments: Refund minus processing fees within 7-10 days upon proof.
- Service outages preventing access within first 48 hours: Case-by-case prorated credit.
- No guarantees for matches; dissatisfaction does not qualify.
Refund Process
- Email support@globalmukkulathormatrimony.com with transaction ID, reason, and proof within 7 days of purchase.
- Review takes 5-7 business days; eligible refunds processed to original payment method in 10-15 days.
- Bank/Payment gateway charges (2-5%) non-reimbursable.
Cancellations
Memberships auto-expire; early cancellation yields no refund. Account termination for violations forfeits all fees.
